Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Welcome to Kot AI! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kot AI service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

2.1. Kot AI is an innovative platform that provides users with a wide range of services, including but not limited to AI-powered assistance, document analysis, image generation, and more. Through Kot AI, users can harness the power of artificial intelligence to simplify tasks, generate insights, and enhance productivity.

User Accounts

3.1. In order to access certain features of the Service, users may be required to create an account. During the registration process, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and to promptly notify Kot AI of any unauthorized use of their account.

User Conduct

4.2. Users are prohibited from accessing or attempting to access areas of the Service that are not intended for their use, as well as from circumventing any security measures put in place by Kot AI.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kot AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

5.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise use any content from the Service without the prior written consent of Kot AI.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kot AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

6.2. In no event shall Kot AI’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the preceding twelve-month period.

Governing Law

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international Sales of Goods (CISG) and the laws of Camerron, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

8.1. Kot AI reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
